Utriai Residence is a unique home building that looks like a floating container building. Utriai Residence is designed by G. Natkevicius & Partners, and located in a small town of Klaipeda County, Lithuania. The first picture shows you the complete appearance of the home building, it has unique home shape that can attract your fully attention. The whole wall for the exterior side of the house is using wooden siding wall design. You also can see wide glass panels at the end of the container shape.
This home shows you everything that can pamper your senses especially from visual side. The auto garage is located under the floating building. The exterior design of the house is truly shows you a distinctive home design. Now, after you finish with the exterior side of the house, then you could step inside the house. It has modern minimalist interior plan that looks perfect for this home.
As you can see through the picture, you will find minimalist living area. It has a set of modern sofa design at the living room. Utriai Residence is following the idea of open floor design. You can find the living room becomes a part with the dining room without any room separator between one and another room. The dining space is located at the threshold of the room. You can find long wooden table as the dining table with eight stylish barrel chairs in white color.
Go to the next picture where you can see stucco toilet room that looks impressive. It has modern glass door design for the toilet. Go further and you will find the kitchen area. It has minimalist kitchen design with a half bar window. It is better for you to see the site plan map from the last picture.
